Our skilled and unskilled workforce are all Angolan nationals, while all materials used for construction, repair and servicing are first sourced locally. Only in the event that materials are not locally available will, sourcing is done abroad.

It is our policy to continually engage, train and promote an Angolan workforce capable of managing, supervising, operating and executing our diverse projects.

Only after a thorough search has been conducted and no qualified Angolan’s are available will we contract foreign nationals. When such expert is contracted, it is mandatory for the company to employ an Angolan as an understudy and be trained to take over within the shortest possible time frame.
